General Conditions

Regarding the transport of goods, NL Shipping acts solely as a freight forwarder. All agreements with NL Shipping B.V. (“NL Shipping”) and all actions performed by NL Shipping are subject to the NL Shipping 2024 Terms and the Dutch Forwarding Conditions of Fenex dated May 1, 2018. NL Shipping applies a strict policy regarding certain countries in terms of both payments and delivery destinations.

Restricted Payments

NL Shipping does not accept payments originating from certain countries due to political, regulatory, or compliance reasons. This policy applies to transactions from the following countries:

-Russia
-Belarus

The customer is responsible for ensuring that payments are not made from banks in the above-mentioned countries. If a payment is initiated from one of these countries, the customer remains fully responsible for the payment and must provide an alternative payment method.

Restricted Destinations

NL Shipping does not accept shipment orders to certain countries. This policy applies to shipments to the following countries:

-Ukraine

This list is not exhaustive. Confirmation of the destination country by NL Shipping is required before shipping goods. NL Shipping reserves the right to refuse shipments to certain destinations or take any other action it deems necessary.
